Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee the financial operations of our global subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts, ensuring compliance with international financial standards, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial operations and accounting processes of all global subsidiaries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits in compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital requirements.
  • Implement and maintain financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to support business operations and ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and international financial regulations.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software / accounting systems (e.g., Tally, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical financial practices.
