Role Overview:

  • The Pre-Sales Associate plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by preparing relevant and engaging demonstrations.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for technology.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer needs, analyze data, and use tools like presentation, Visio, Excel

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand Prospect Needs:
    1. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and tailor demo content to meet those needs
    2. Develop and maintain a repository of RFP content, templates, and case studies to streamline the response process and ensure consistency and accuracy
    3. Update the responses for RFQs
    4. Prepare customized reports, presentations, and data visualizations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients
    5. Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospects
    6. Provide timely and accurate responses to prospects
  2. Data Analysis: Use various data analysis techniques to understand customer profiles, market trends, and competitive insights to inform demo content
  3. Develop Custom Demos:
    1. Create and customize demos that showcase the capabilities of our products and services, ensuring they address the specific needs of each prospect
    2. Coordinate with internal teams
  4. Maintain Knowledge of Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure demos are relevant and impactful
  5. Gather Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from potential clients to refine demo content and improve future presentations
  6. Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving the pre-sales process and overall customer experience.
