Role Overview:

We’re looking for an accomplished Delivery Manager to lead complex, multi-stream digital transformation projects for our enterprise clients. This is a strategic client-facing leadership role responsible for ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and consistent business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple clients and domains, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
  • Own delivery governance — scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and communications.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, driving engagement success and long-term relationships.
  • Guide and mentor project managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Customer Success teams for seamless project initiation and hand-off.
  • Implement Ambit’s delivery frameworks and best practices (Agile, DevOps, Hybrid).
  • Track KPIs, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks, resolve escalations, and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12–18 years of total experience in software delivery / consulting / digital transformation, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise programs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM / CX / ERP / digital engineering project lifecycles (experience with SugarCRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is a plus).
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Deep expertise in Agile / Hybrid methodologies and SDLC best practices.
  • Strong leadership, people-management, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.
  • Experience in a global delivery model and familiarity with onshore-offshore coordination.
