Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring lead generation, qualification, and timely follow-ups
  • Client Acquisition: Lead the sales team to acquire new clients, focusing on tailored solutions across CRM and other business process services
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet growth targets
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with potential clients, identifying their business needs and offering comprehensive solutions
  • Team Development & Performance: Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the sales team to enhance skills and achieve KPIs
Customer Success Management:
  • Client Onboarding & Implementation: Ensure successful onboarding of new clients, supporting them as they implement our CRM systems and other related services
  • Customer Retention & Expansion: Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and drive expansion opportunities within the existing client base
  • Strategic Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize value from the services provided, including CRM, data management, and process optimization
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services, working closely with the sales team to expand our footprint within existing accounts
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Track client health, anticipating challenges and addressing risks proactively
  • Reporting & Metrics: Measure the success of both sales and customer success initiatives, reporting on key metrics such as customer satisfaction, churn, and sales performance

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-10 years in sales and customer success management, preferably in CRM or related services.
  • Proven track record in driving sales and improving customer retention.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales and customer success strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
