Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team through administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing internal sales processes, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring that the sales team has the resources and information needed to meet their objectives. The Sales Coordinator will not interact directly with clients but will play a crucial role in streamlining internal sales functions and optimizing team performance.

Experience Required: 2-5 years, with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing sales data, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making for the sales team.
  • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and sales team events.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, RFP and presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Internal Communication: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
